CLÉVACANCES : A RECOGNIZED MARK

The qualitative step of Clévacances was very early noticed by the qualified services of the State: Clévacances France becomes on May 30, 1997, one of the two national labels to being approved by the Ministry for Tourism.
By this approval renewed 27 Mars 2001, the French State recognizes officially :

The Charter of Clévacances Quality, which refers to the ministerial decree of classification of furnished with tourism of 28 Décembre 1976 modified in particular by the decree of January 8, 1993 and that of April 1, 1997.

Competences of the Network of Clévacances professionals as regards visits of classification of tourist lodgings, in close connection with the Prefects of the Departments.

To be entitled to decree the ministerial classification, the technicians of the Network do not remain about it less the guarantors of the Charter of national Quality Clévacances France which guarantees the comfort and the safety of a labellized housing, and the homogeneity of the offer, whatever the selected destination.

The Clévacances hiring
The Clévacances hiring can be a detached house, a residence of character, a country cottage, an apartment in a particular house, an apartment building or a residence of tourism. These hirings must answer the minimal conditions of comfort and habitability (decree n° 87 - 149 6 the Mars 1987) whose respect of conformity falls to the hirer out or to his competent agent. The mark "Hirings of Clévacances France" is decreed by name by housing from 1 to 5 keys.

The Clévacances room
Intended to supplement traditional tourist lodgings (hotels, furnished, résidences...), it has as criteria essential the independence of the customer and the breakfast with provision. The mark "Rooms Clévacances France" is decreed exclusively for each room from 1 to 4 keys, for a capacity of maximum reception of 15 people (or 5 rooms maximum) per structure. Beyond this capacity, the establishment concerns a different regulation. This structure could not be to in no case regarded as an accomodating establishment of the public.

THE LABELLISATION

The hirings or Clévacances rooms rest on the evaluation of 3 essential criteria :

Environment : It is appreciated according to the development external of lodging (building, accesses, site...) and the total absence of harmful effects (noises, odors, servitudes...).

Interior installation: comfort, furniture, decoration, the equipment (technical and medical), the distribution and the definition of the parts in connection with the capacity of reception of housing, enter in account the labellisation Clévacances.

The reception and assistance: that they are carried out by the owner or his competent agent, they are essential elements for the delivery of the mark Clévacances France.
A well accomodated customer will contribute to make your publicity while diffusing the Clévacances image.

With each category of lodgings a range of price corresponds adapted to the level of service.
