Plougonvelin, this wonderful house is only 200 m from the beach ,close to basic shops and restaurants, 5 km of Le Conquet (fishing port, restaurants, boats trips to the islands), 20km of Brest (large city, museums, castle, all facilities).

This modern property is set in a superb position surrounded by quiet countryside, yet only 200 m from the sea.This house is available all year long for bed and breakfast, for a stay, a seminary, and rentable per week during the summer.

The interior has been furnished in a comfortable, Louis XV style with traditional wooden furniture and tiled floor, and features an ornate wooden spiral staircase.The five bedrooms look out onto the gardens and furnished patio.

The nearby coastline has some lovely beaches, including the vast Blancs Sablons, which begin at the port of Le Conquet (a pretty port famed for its catches of lobster and crabs). The port is also the point of departure for boats trips to the tranquil islands of Ouessant and the Ile Molene. Brest is within easy driving distance offering bars, cafes and restaurants, and the Oceannopolis museum, singers (every thirsdays)...
