Article I - TALLY OF The CHARTER
Definition of the concept of Station Verte of Holidays :

The classification applies to the communes or grouping of communes not comprising agglomeration higher than 6 000 inhabitants (except exceptional and duly justified exemption).

The Station Verte of Holidays must obligatorily present a natural attraction for stays at the countryside : river, lake, water level, spaces natural, forest, picturesque site, etc. and to ensure the reception and the stay of the tourists in a preserved environment.

Article II - ENVIRONMENT AND TALLIES OF LIFE
The signatory of the Charter engages with :

• To protect and develop the natural, cultural and tourist inheritance of the Station Verte and its neighbourhoods
• To meet the European in term of quality of water of baigna!de and piscicultural standards
• To arrange and maintain public spaces, to resort to an adapted urban furniture
• To promote fleurissement Station Verte by interesting the inhabitants there (participation in the Contests of the Cities and Flowered Villages)
• To incite the tradesmen to look after fronts, signs and publicities of some nature that it is
• To control a plan of adjustment of circulation and parking
• To take measurements necessary to fight against pollution and harmful effects of all natures :
• To remove the deposits nuisants or pollutants
• To limit the phonic harmful effects
• To bury or integrate the most unaesthetic networks

Article III - LODGING
The Station Verte is a stay and destination requiring a minimum of 200 beds guaranteeing a diversity of the tourist offer.

The Station Verte of Holidays must include/understand obligatorily :

• 1 service of the hotel type (hotel, room of hosts, hotel residence ...)
• 1 campsite classified 2 stars tourisme minimum
• 1 furnished with tourism
• The lodgings taken into account to define the capacity of reception of the Station Verte can be :
• Hotel of tourism
• Camp-site or camp-site with the farm
• Lodgings and hirings
• Vacation village or family house of holidays
• Rooms of hosts
• Refuges and lodgings for hikers
• Natural surface of camp-site
• Light habitat of leisures
• Not reception for motor homes

A detailed attention is given to the implication of these lodgings in a step quality.

Article IV - EQUIPMENT OF LEISURES AND DECOUVERTE
The equipment of leisures must be opened to the tourists and to include/understand obligatorily :

• A place of bathe in or near the Station Verte
• Spaces of plays including/understanding at least :
• An adventure playground arranged for the infants
• Grounds and/or buildings, opened to the tourists, allowing the practice of sports and collective plays (tennis, volleyball etc.)
• An infrastructure allowing a cultural activity and/or ludic
• The access to natural spaces will have to be supported by :
• A network of walks, pedestrian and/or VTT and/or equestrian, marked out and maintained regularly, ensuring an easy continuity and access with the networks of national or departmental paths existing in the vicinity like with the natural environments (fauna, flora, geology) of the area.
• The existence of topoguides of excursion and discovery
• Seasonal guides and all means aiming at supporting a better sensitizing of the ecosystems each time the natural conditions are joined together
• A local or inter-commune organization will owe Suvrer for protection and the development of the aquatic environment, in order to promote the practice of fishing.

Article V - RECEPTION ANIMATION and SERVICES
The Station Verte of Holidays must have an Office of Tourism or Tourist office or be attached to a OTSI and to have a permanence of information and reception during the season and, except season of a service of secretariat.

This service proceeds to the census of the possibilities of lodging and the hiring facilitates some. It must place at the disposal of the visitors a tourist documentation adapted to the various customers (foreign languages). It ensures of the visits with accompanying notes and other services of discovered tourist richnesses.

The tourist must also be able to obtain complete information on the network of the Station Vertes.

The Station Verte of Holidays must do the utmost to ensure the adapted opening of the trade and essential services in season : bakery, food, garage, not money, telephone, not press memories, etc.

The Station Verte begins to develop, in.liaison, with the economic and associative actors local, animations and activities in order to make pleasant the stay of the tourists, in particular : excursions, guided tours, cultural activities, festivals and festivals, accompanied excursions, activities related to discovered nature, library, discovered products of the soil, etc.Une detailed attention will be brought to the framing of the activities by qualified organizers.

Article VI GUARANTEE OF QUALITY

The elected officials of the Station Vertes of Holidays commit themselves attracting, in a permanent way, the attention of the tradesmen on the quality control, the respect of the classifications and labels the control of the prices.

Control will be done by means of a grid of evaluation filled by a Commission in charge of the quality, indicated by the Federation.

Article VII - MODALITES Of ADHESION AND ENGAGEMENTS
The signatory of the Charter engages with :

• To post and emphasize at the Town hall or the O.T.S.I. this signed document, to affix the logo of association (in a visible way) and to distribute all the documents of the Federation
• To maintain in good condition the distinctive signs, symbols and logos of the Station Vertes at the entry or inside the commune or of the tourist unit concerned
• To withdraw any reference to the Station Vertes in and with the accesses of the commune or the tourist unit concerned, as in its documentation, if its final exclusion would be pronounced by the National Commission of classification and the Federation.
